Still... cannot "locate me".

I have BB maps installed and it can find me.

GPS is on.

WB elite is just stuck on Locating...

I can press cancel and then get the hard - coded locations that I've set up.

So, while not critical, since I purchased the full version - I'd really like it to work.

What's my next troubleshooting step?

So.. a tech at WB tried to help me.. and when the troubleshooting steps were complete, abandoned our conversation.

Now, in the above WB Elite thread, I don't have the app at all.

I'm this close to giving up on WB. I've used them on the desktop since they began, but, this is really bad service.

Which version of the application are you seeing the issue on?

Well. Now I can't say since it's no longer on my Storm.

I had an upgrade available, and I'd only had the app for a short time, so I'm betting I had the version right before the current one.

But now... I have no app and no way to download it w/out paying for it again.

I sent another request to support on Thursday of last week requesting a link to a download location so I could install and then plug in my (thankfully) saved activation code. Still no response.

I hope you can help me. <crosses fingers>

Edit... must have the wrong time zone set up. It's still Monday here...
