We have fixed these issues with a recent update, please let me know if this is not the case.

my location doesn't refresh

Make sure you have either GPS or Network location fixes enabled in the Android settings. I don't know of any problems locating, so if you have those settings enabled and it still doesn't work we can dig further.

Hi,

According to our Chief Meteorologist, Mark Hoekzema, we will have hail information in our professional products, StreamerRT, due out at the end of the year. Currently there are no plans for this to be put into the consumer products.

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Currently we do not filter the alerts according to the selected level. You will get the same alerts with either setting except for OFF, which will turn the service off...

We'll post the details here when we got it working.
